Evgeny brings over a decade of experience across distributed computing, crypto-economic design and product innovation. He focuses on bringing decentralized infrastructure into real-world use and is a recognized voice on emerging technology at leading industry conferences.
Tom Trowbridge
CO-FOUNDER & CEO
An entrepreneur and investor, Tom served as President of Hedera Hashgraph from inception and led its early growth. His career spans Goldman Sachs, Bear Stearns, and Odey Asset Management, as well as a board role at Stronghold Digital Mining.
Dmitry Kurinskiy
CO-FOUNDER & CTO
Dmitry leads engineering, drawing on expertise in high-load systems, distributed computing and infrastructure automation. A former CTO, he built algorithmic trading systems and designed Fluence’s trustless compute framework using economic incentives and cryptographic proofs.
Bernhard Borges
CHIEF SCIENTIST
Specializing in distributed systems, game theory, and mechanism design, Bernhard is a seasoned technologist. A former IBM Distinguished Engineer and Chief Scientist at Dock, he combines technology leadership with entrepreneurial and academic experience, including postdoctoral research at the Max Planck Institute.
